1. Who operates this website

This website is operated by RUIJING SMART ENERGY (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD. (瑞晶智慧能源（上海）有限公司), 上海市松江区沪亭北路218号19幢188单元, China. For privacy requests, corrections or deletion requests, email info@eco-reesun.com.

2. Information you provide

Our inquiry forms collect your country or region, work email and confirmation that we may contact you. The Contact form also collects buyer type, product or solution, inquiry purpose and any application or requirements you provide. We retain the selected product and entry context so that our team can understand the request.

The public question form collects your name, email, question, language and agreement to reviewed publication. Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential project details in a public question.

3. What we use it for

We use this information to respond to requests, discuss products and projects, provide requested documents, review questions and protect the website against abuse. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent where requested, steps you request before a contract, or our legitimate interests in responding to business contacts and keeping the service secure, subject to your rights. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

4. Private inquiries and public questions

Sales inquiries are private. Questions submitted through the public Q&A form wait for review and a seller reply before publication. Only the question, reply and publication information are displayed; the name and email fields are not published. Text you put inside a question may itself identify you, so avoid including personal details. Contact us to request correction or removal of a published question. Search engines may keep copies after we remove a page or entry.

5. Service providers and access

Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery, server processing and the D1 database used to store inquiries and questions. Tencent enterprise email is used to send inquiry notifications to our company inbox and support correspondence. Authorized company staff access information to handle the request, including through the existing company mailbox distribution process.

These services and our staff may process information outside your country. Cloudflare operates a distributed network; we do not promise that all website information stays in a particular country. Where required, applicable safeguards for international transfers must be used. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its own processing. We may also disclose information where required by law or to address security incidents and legal claims.

6. Technical data and browser storage

Our hosting provider may process network information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect the website. The submission service uses an IP-derived keyed identifier to limit repeated submissions; the inquiry tables do not store the raw IP address.

The website stores your selected language in your browser under ecoreesun.locale. You can remove this preference using your browser’s site-data controls. The current website application does not enable an advertising tracker, a third-party analytics script or an IP-based language lookup. Hosting and security services may process technical data separately.

7. Retention and deletion

We review unconverted inquiries 12 months after the last contact and delete information that is no longer needed. This is a review process, not an automatic deletion timer. If a continuing request, dispute or legal requirement justifies longer retention, we limit retention to that purpose. Records relating to completed transactions are managed separately under the contract and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Questions waiting for review and associated contact information are reviewed under the same 12-month approach. Published questions and replies may remain while useful and relevant; we review requests to remove them. Deletion reviews cover the website database and related company email copies. Service-provider backups may expire on a separate schedule.

8. Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, withdraw consent for future processing, or contact a competent privacy authority. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. Send your request to info@eco-reesun.com; we may need proportionate information to verify your identity. We respond within applicable legal deadlines.

9. Security and changes

We use HTTPS, server-side validation, restricted service credentials and submission limits. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Changes to this notice will be posted here with an updated date.
